
About Dean
Dean LeVay was born in southwestern Ohio and enlisted in the US Army at 18. His career path led him to live in many states and countries. He has been a lawyer for 40 years, influenced by an admired uncle. He left the Regular Army to attend law school and began his career as a Federal Immigration prosecutor in Miami for the US Department of Justice. He was appointed a Federal Immigration Judge in Arizona for over 10 years and retired from the Army Reserve as a Colonel. He also worked for the United Nations Office of Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Kabul, Afghanistan, as a prosecutor in Navaho County, and as a Public Defense attorney in Cochise County for five years.
