About Delia

Delia Williams Carroll graduated from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia with a degree in Criminal Justice. Following college, she spent time working in the business sector before joining Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C. as a case manager and legal assistant. Finding a passion for law with the firm, Delia left to pursue her law degree from Georgia State University. While in law school, she spent time externing with the Internal Revenue Service’s Office of Chief Counsel and researching national historic preservation policies along with modernization of legal education practices as a graduate assistant. After three years in private tax law practice, Delia has returned to the firm that ignited her passion for law in the first place. She resides in Atlanta with her husband and three labrador retrievers. Zealously committed to ending hunger in her community, she and her family spend time volunteering for the Atlanta Community Food Bank and Meals on Wheels Atlanta whenever possible.
