Denis Stearns

About Denis

Denis W. Stearns is a former principal and now of counsel at Marler Clark. He was a founding partner, having previously represented Jack in the Box in the 1993 E. coli outbreak litigation before joining Bill Marler to represent victims in the 1996 Odwalla outbreak. He worked as a partner for thirteen years, handling litigation in state and federal courts nationwide, and is known for his strategic skills in discovery and motion-practice. He also served as a full-time professor at Seattle University School of Law before returning to Marler Clark as Of Counsel.
