About Dennis

Dennis E. Sawan has been a personal injury and civil rights litigator since 2013. He began his legal career at 18 as an intern for the Public Defender’s Office. He studied at Indiana University - Bloomington and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo, working full-time in court. He co-founded Sawan & Sawan in 2017 and joined Nick Schnyder Law Firm in 2022, becoming Director of Litigation in 2024. He has recovered millions for clients and won a landmark free speech case in the Ohio Supreme Court.
