About Diane

Diane DePietropaolo Price is a criminal defense attorney dedicated to representing adults and juveniles charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses. She graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2008 and began her career as an Assistant Public Defender in Mecklenburg County. She also worked for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in Washington, D.C., focusing on criminal justice reform. Returning to North Carolina in 2023, Diane specializes in domestic violence defense, Fourth Amendment issues, and expungements, serving Mecklenburg and surrounding counties, as well as federal court in the Western District of North Carolina.
