About Don
Don joined the firm in 2012 after practicing for 30+ years in the Denver area. He was a shareholder in the Denver firm of Tilly & Graves, P.C., for 18 years when that firm existed and was a sole practitioner for 10 years. He graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law and served as a law clerk to the Hon. Alfred A. Arraj of the U.S. District Court in Denver after graduation. Don’s experience before joining our firm was largely in complex personal injury, product liability, construction and commercial litigation and appeals and he handles civil litigation of all types. Don was divorced when his daughter was only 4 years old, so he has personally experienced the complex emotions that can be so overwhelming for our divorce and child custody clients, and that experience led him into the practice of family law.
