Donald received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Duke University and earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law. After serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Gerald McLaughlin in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Donald served as an Assistant Prosecutor for the County of Monmouth. In 1977, he became a partner in the defense firm of McMenaman and Grasso in Spring Lake Heights, and in 1980, he was one of the founders of the Toms River law firm of Orlovsky Grasso and Bolger. Frequently named to “Top Lawyer” and “Best of New Jersey” lists, Donald, brings an impressive courtroom record and more than four decades of legal experience to D’Arcy Johnson Day. Concentrating on medical malpractice and other significant litigation cases, he has tried over 300 matters to a conclusion with a success rate of more than 90 percent.
