About Donald
Donald M. Flack is a former Judge and accomplished trial attorney with vast trial experience on both sides of the bench. He primarily focuses his practice on representing individuals who have suffered significant injuries due to the negligence of others. Throughout his career, he has handled cases in more than 20 venues across 10 different states. While on the bench, Don also presided over dozens of jury and bench trials. In addition to trying numerous cases to verdict, he has served as arbitrator and mediator for dozens of liability lawsuits, as well as handled appeals in state and federal courts across the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
