Donald Moore has over 20 years of experience providing aggressive legal representation. He has a law degree from The University of Tulsa and also attended Southern Methodist University School of Law. Mr. Moore has experience defending and prosecuting various types of cases, including working for insurance companies and representing victims of trucking accidents, dangerous products, general negligence, industrial catastrophes, hazing, and drunk driving incidents. He also handles general law cases such as criminal law, family law, business law, employment law, and non-compete cases. He is regularly involved in negotiating, drafting, litigating, and arbitrating employment contracts and severance packages, and advises on covenants not to compete, equity awards, trade secret disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. He represents clients in federal and state courts, arbitration tribunals, appellate courts, and administrative agencies across Texas and the United States.
