That experience allowed him to see how the big carriers use misleading and unfair tactics to avoid paying injured individuals for their valid claims. He began representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters in 2002, and has been devoted to helping clients fight the deceptive methods big insurance employs as an attorney on the GOLDLAW Pre-Suit team. Donald W. Vollender started as an Assistant State Attorney in the Trial Division of Broward County upon graduating from the Stetson University College of Law. Although he is proficient across the full scope of the firm’s practice areas, he has been particularly successful in representing clients that suffer injuries due to transportation accidents involving auto, bicycle, and motorcycle accidents, and premises liability (slip and falls).
