Donna A. Casasanto has been with the firm since 1995. Donna graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Temple University. She went on to receive her law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1992. Donna is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has over 24 years of civil litigation experience and concentrates in the areas of workers’ compensation, automobile liability, slip and fall accidents, medical malpractice and general litigation matters. Before joining the Law Offices of Alfred V. Altopiedi, Donna served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Nicholas M. D’Alessandro in the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia and to U.S. Magistrate Judge James R. Melinson in the United States District Court. Ms. Casasanto is an active member of the Delaware County Bar Association. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is also a member of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
