About Douglas

Attorney Douglas Huff is a military veteran who served four years in the United States Army. He has been practicing criminal defense for over a decade, starting his own firm before joining the Dallas County Public Defender’s Office. He became a partner at Deandra Grant Law in 2021 and is a Senior Trial Attorney, handling misdemeanor and felony cases. Douglas has earned the Lawyer-Scientist designation from the American Chemical Society and has completed training in standardized field sobriety testing and as a Drug Recognition Expert.
