About Duncan
Duncan Lott serves as Of Counsel at Langston & Lott. He graduated from Cumberland School of Law in 1977 and was admitted to practice in Mississippi and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in the same year. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States in 1994. Duncan is an active member of the Mississippi and American Bar Associations, American Association for Justice, and Mississippi Association for Justice. He is a past President of the Prentiss County Bar Association. Duncan has secured multi-million dollar awards for his clients and is actively involved in trial litigation for personal injury, products liability, automobile accident cases, divorce/child custody, and felony criminal defense. He has been named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Mississippi by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
