Dusty E. Gross is an attorney at MacGillis Law Group, LLC, where she primarily represents police and fire unions in labor and employment matters. Dusty earned her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, where she served as Managing Editor of the Marquette Benefits and Social Welfare Law Review, President of the Health Law Society, and 2L Class Representative for First Generation Professionals. She was also awarded the Middleman Scholarship, the Thomas More Scholarship, and the Shirley Abrahamson Scholarship. Prior to law school, Dusty worked as a paralegal across various practice areas. She holds an associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Fox Valley Technical College and a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, both earned with honors. Her commitment to public service earned her induction into the Pro Bono Honors Society for completing over 100 hours of volunteer work. Beyond her work at the firm, Dusty actively serves her community through volunteer roles with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic and Big Brothers Big Sisters’ Mentor 2.0 program. She is also an active member of the Association for Women Lawyers.
