About Dwight

Dwight E. Gibiser is a litigation attorney with The Injury Firm seeking justice and fighting for those who have been wrongly injured due to the negligence of others. He primarily handles automobile collision and premises liability cases. Dwight began his career as a Public Defender, handling thousands of misdemeanor and felony cases, and later continued in criminal defense and post-conviction work. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict. Prior to joining The Injury Firm, Dwight represented large insurance companies, gaining valuable insight into defense tactics. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and his Law Degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2016.
