Earl Schurmer is the owner and managing partner of Schurmer Reese Davies, bringing over 34 years of litigation experience. He is licensed to practice law in all State and Federal courts in California. His career began in insurance defense, where he gained extensive experience in depositions and claims resolution, before transitioning to representing individual plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has achieved numerous seven-figure settlements, arbitration awards, and jury verdicts. Mr. Schurmer has a particular interest and expertise in medical malpractice, including hands-on cadaver examinations.
