Mr. Fitzgerald represents private and non-profit businesses and landowners in a broad spectrum of matters, with a special emphasis on Business and Corporate Law, Healthcare Law and Real Property Law matters. He brings constructive solutions to his clients’ business needs, including acquisitions and sales, succession planning, and commercial property leasing, sales and purchases.
