About Elaine

Elaine Singerman is an associate attorney in Becker, Kellogg & Berry, P.C.'s personal injury department. She joined Becker, Kellogg & Berry, P.C. with personal injury experience ranging from sexual assault cases to wrongful death to traumatic brain injury cases. She has also practiced criminal law as a public defender and private criminal defense attorney in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Ms. Singerman earned her Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations from the University of Chicago and went on to receive her law degree from the University of Virginia. As a trial attorney, Ms. Singerman has appeared before judges from Clarke County to Arlington County to King George County, Virginia. She has also obtained sizeable settlements and judgments for clients injured through no fault of their own.
