About Eli

I was raised in Forsyth County, where my family has deep roots that stretch across the North Georgia. After completing my education and beginning my career in Metro Atlanta, I returned to the mountains of North Georgia to fight for the people and communities that shaped me. Having lived in North Georgia, Augusta, and Macon - as well as practicing in both Metro Atlanta and North Georgia - I have gained unique insight into the legal landscape of this state-especially when it comes to understanding how judges, juries, and local dynamics influence the courtroom. That familiarity gives my clients an edge. My practice is built on one goal: helping people take control of the legal problems that threaten their future. I’ve dedicated my career to representing individuals and families in high-stakes situations, including: Criminal Defense - Fighting for those accused of crimes and protecting their rights at every stage. Civil Litigation - Representing individuals and business owners in general civil disputes with a result driven focus. From a young age, I understood that the legal system can be intimidating-and too often out of reach for everyday people. I became an attorney because I believe in fighting for those who need it most, and because I’ve seen how powerful skilled legal advocacy can be in the face of injustice. My work is fueled by a deep respect for fairness and a relentless drive to win. I became a lawyer because I believe justice shouldn’t depend on wealth or influence. I’m here to level the playing field-and I don’t back down.
