About Eliza
Eliza has a diverse litigation practice. Her civil litigation practice includes employment discrimination matters, landlord/tenant law, contract disputes, Title IX proceedings and investigations, and post-secondary educational matters. In her family law practice, Eliza seeks common-sense outcomes that will improve relationships between parents and parent and child. This includes divorce, parent/child contact and parental rights and responsibilities, child support, and other family court matters. In her probate court work, Eliza is experienced in guardianship proceedings and adoptions, including second-parent adoptions for same-sex couples and stepparent adoptions.
