Attorney Elwyn Brewster Quirk is a graduate of Western New England University, School of Law, where she was recognized as Best Oral Advocate and Commencement Speaker. She clerked at the Hartford Superior Criminal and Civil Courts before entering private practice in personal injury and workers' compensation. She opened her own firm in Meriden, Connecticut, in 2010. She is an alumna of Boston College and Trinity College. Attorney Quirk is admitted to practice before Connecticut Superior and Federal District courts and is actively involved with the New Haven County Bar, Hartford County Bar, and George W. Crawford Black Bar Associations, serving as an officer and president for the New Haven County Bar Association and a Board of Director for the Meriden Economic Board.
