Emily E. Collins is a Partner at Moore Bradley Myers, practicing in family law, custody, child support and modifications, divorce, mediation, adoption, and name & gender marker changes. She earned her B.S. at the College of Charleston in 2015 and her law degree at the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2019 with a concentration in Children’s Law. She is a member of the Children's Law Committee and the Diversity Committee with the South Carolina Bar, Lexington County Bar Association, Richland County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division (SC Bar), South Carolina Association of Justice, and South Carolina Women Lawyers Association. She was selected to Columbia Business Monthly's Best & Brightest 35 and Under Class of 2022.
