Attorney Emily Peterson is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law’s Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program. She joined Samdperil & Welsh, PLLC in 2025 and focuses her practice on criminal defense and family law. She has experience representing clients in a wide variety of criminal matters, including superior court, circuit court, and post-conviction representation, as well as handling family court matters like divorce, custody, and child representation.
