About Emily

Emily S. Madden is a Senior Associate at The Spence Law Firm and a Wyoming native, dedicated to fighting for those who have suffered loss or injury. She emphasizes persuasive advocacy in her legal writing and has helped recover over $80 million in verdicts and settlements. Emily graduated with honors from the University of Dallas and second in her class from the University of Wyoming College of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Wyoming Law Review. She clerked for Chief Magistrate Judge Kelly H. Rankin and teaches legal writing. Emily is an active member of the Wyoming State Bar and Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association.
