Eric Bates graduated from The University of Louisville in 1996 with a Degree in History and a minor in Spanish, and again in 2004 with a Juris Doctor and a Masters in Business Administration. He is a State Approved Mediator and a Former Administrative Law Judge. He spent six years working closely with the Parole Board and the Department of Corrections, gaining familiarity with Parole, Probation, Conditional Discharge, and Interstate Compact. As a Criminal Defense Attorney, he has handled a wide range of cases and also has experience in Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Family Law, Post-Conviction Criminal Work, Collections, and Appeals. He has over 17 years of experience.
