Eric has extensive experience handling labor and employment law matters and general commercial litigation. In his labor and employment practice, he handles all types of disputes - lawsuits in state and federal courts, arbitrations (AAA, FINRA, and privately arbitrated matters), and government enforcement agency proceedings.
