About Eric

Representing clients in complex personal injury cases, Eric is an active litigator in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York courts, and has been recognized as a SuperLawyer™ in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has also been recognized as a Top Attorney in Pennsylvania. Eric enjoys extensive experience as a courtroom litigator. Over 30 years of practice, he has earned many multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts litigating product liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, construction accidents, auto accidents, and other complex claims. Eric is an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell’s peer review rating system for many years. Eric is also a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He graduated from Villanova University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. He is the author of two published law review articles and co-authored a manual on determining and limiting damages in Pennsylvania. Eric is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned an honors degree in Psychology and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, as well as all Pennsylvania and New Jersey federal courts, including the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
