Eric Wilson is a labor and employment attorney with an emphasis on public sector employee representation. Eric has developed a local practice representing employees and labor associations in a variety of areas, ranging from corporate governance to individual employee due process representation. Eric has successfully represented employees in disciplinary appeals, grievances, arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining agreement litigation, and a variety of other employment litigation.
