About Eric
Eric Wagner has lived on both US coasts, Norway, Japan, and Western Canada, with diverse prior careers including language instructor, construction worker, and musician. He obtained his law degree from the University of Alberta and was called to the BC bar in 1994. He has practiced as a litigator since, focusing on personal injury, commercial litigation, and construction litigation, and was active as counsel for Indian Residential School survivors. He is the author of the Annotated British Columbia Occupiers Liability Act. He enjoys Aikido, gardening, and spending time with his dogs and family.
