Erin E. Bailey is the founder and trial attorney at Erin Bailey Law, specializing in criminal defense and personal injury. She was elected Vice President of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (SCACDL) for 2025 and serves on its Board of Directors.
