About Erin

Erin K. Thurston is a trial attorney in general liability, handling cases like construction accidents, negligence, product liability, and wrongful death. She’s represented international clients and Massachusetts residents injured abroad. Since 2016, Erin has been named a “Rising Star” in personal injury by Massachusetts Super Lawyers. A 2014 graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Erin was active in the Women’s Law Association and earned an Honorable Mention in Oral Advocacy. She’s admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island and is involved in various legal associations. Outside of work, Erin enjoys exploring medieval castles and gardening.
