About Eugenio

Eugenio L. Mancini, Jr. is an attorney in the litigation department at The Injury Firm. With a passion for advocating on behalf of those wrongfully injured by the negligence of others, Eugenio aids clients in both English and Spanish. Eugenio graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. While studying for his undergraduate degree, Eugenio worked for a personal injury law firm as a litigation paralegal. It was there he realized his passion for helping the injured, which led him to attend law school at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. Since being admitted to practice, Eugenio has dedicated himself exclusively to cases of personal injury. He has experience handling an array of injury matters throughout pre-suit, litigation, mediation, and trial phases. Eugenio strives to utilize his advocacy skills, experience, and personable style to produce favorable client outcomes. In recent years, Mr. Mancini has focused on personal injury cases that include animal attacks, commercial and residential slip and falls, motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful deaths, negligent security, pedestrian accidents, bicycle accidents and an array of others. Mr. Mancini has acted as the voice for individuals against big insurance organizations and corporations, vigorously fighting for the injured to achieve the best possible outcome to ensure they are rightfully compensated for any and all losses.
