About Eva

Eva is a seasoned civil litigation personal injury paralegal and has been with Phillips and Pelly since 2020. She provides a diverse range of attorney and client support from intake through Trial. Clients will find Eva to be compassionate, easy to work with and eager to assist throughout the claims process. Her background and demeanor supports Phillips and Pelly’s mission of seeking justice for those who have been harmed. Before joining Phillips and Pelly, Eva graduated with honors in 2014 from San Diego Miramar College, where she earned an Associate of Science degree and Certificate of Achievement in Paralegal Studies. She was inducted into the American Association for Paralegal Education Lambda Epsilon Chi honor society for her academic performance in legal studies. Eva rounded out her litigation experience in areas including complex elder abuse, premises liability, auto collisions, medical malpractice, family law and fraud/business disputes. She is an active paralegal member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.
