Eviana J. Martin, co-founder of Martin Law Firm with her husband Steven E. Martin, focuses her practice on Bankruptcy (consumer protection and debt restructuring), Personal Injury, and Probate matters. She has successfully obtained bankruptcy discharges for thousands of individuals. Originally from Latvia, Eviana has a strong commitment to community service. She earned a nursing degree in Latvia, continued studies in Economics and Business, and after emigrating to the U.S., graduated with a B.A. from Barry University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Florida and admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. Eviana is a zealous advocate, a frequent contributor to the local community, and served as President of the Cape Coral Bar Association in 2014.
