F. Lee Weaver earned his B.A. and J.D. from Wake Forest University and studied business and accounting at East Carolina University. He is licensed by the North Carolina State Bar and admitted to practice in U.S. District Courts. Prior to co-founding the firm, he served as Vice President and Counsel for First Union Corporation and House Counsel for Family Dollar Stores. With over forty years of experience, he focuses on business law, estate planning, and estate administration, providing legal representation to the Charlotte Area business community and assisting clients with probate matters.
