Fahd Z. Ali, Esq. is a Trial Lawyer and recent addition to the Sweet James Litigation Department. A decades-long student of both Trial Advocacy and the Civil Discovery Act, Fahd has litigated, arbitrated and tried cases in Courtrooms throughout the State of California. His diligence and efforts have resulted in over $50 Million in compensation for his deserving clients. His practice areas include automobile and/or motorcycle collisions, premises liability cases and product liability cases. His commitment to championing the cause of wronged individuals and families against insurance companies and corporations has never wavered since he first started working in Plaintiff’s Civil Litigation in 2006. Fahd received his undergraduate degree from Whittier College, where he graduated with academic distinction and served as the President of the Political Science Honor Society. He went on to graduate from Syracuse University College of Law in New York. Fahd speaks English, Urdu/Hindi, Punjabi and Spanish. He prides himself on direct and candid communication with his clients, believing that a well-informed client is critical to the success of any case.
