Fernando D. Vargas graduated from DePaul University in 1982 with a BA in Political Science and from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 1986 with a Juris Doctorate. He obtained his license to practice law in 1987. He began his career litigating defense matters for insurance companies before founding Law Offices of Fernando D. Vargas in 1995. He has a 'Superb' rating with Avvo and 'Preeminent' with Martindale Hubbell/Lawyers.com. He received 'Top Lawyers in California' from American Lawyer Media, 'Top Lawyers' from Latino American Who’s Who, 'Client’s Choice' from Avvo, and 'Client Distinction' from Martindale-Hubbell/Lawyers.com in 2013.
