About Francisco

Francisco Guzmán dedicates his practice to representing commercial transportation companies and drivers after accidents resulting in alleged bodily injury and/or property damage. To that end, Francisco is on call at all times to provide immediate response to accidents and advise clients on all aspects of cases from inception through trial. Francisco draws on his commercial litigation experience at reputable regional and national firms, where he represented business entities, employers, insurance carriers, and other clients in a wide range of practice areas including premises liability, professional liability, and employment law. Francisco regularly handles evidence preservation issues, investigations, and case strategy development for his clients and has significant experience in all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery and motion practice, and trial preparation. Francisco is a graduate of the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and received his J.D. with Honors from Rutgers Law School. While studying at Rutgers Law, he was an executive editor for the Rutgers University Law Review and a Henry J. Raimondo Legislative Fellow for the Eagleton Institute of Politics’ Graduate Fellowship Program in Politics and Government. As part of his fellowship, Francisco worked in the office of the chief counsel for the New Jersey State Senate Minority Office. He also served as a student attorney in the school’s Immigrant Justice Clinic and took part in several pro bono initiatives during his time at Rutgers Law. Following is graduation, Francisco served as a law clerk to the Hon. Allison E. Accurso, J.A.D. of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
