Frank grew up in Sterling Heights, Michigan. After many years in the hospitality industry, Frank achieved a Bachelor of Science from Madonna University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Frank’s main areas of focus are Family law and Criminal Defense. Frank is a member of the Macomb County Bar Association.
