Mr. LoTempio graduated cum laude from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science where he also received two Management Certificates of Business from the esteemed Simon School of Business. Mr. LoTempio earned his Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. While in law school, Mr. LoTempio clerked for the United Steelworkers of America Office of General Counsel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in New York State, the State of Florida and the United States District Court Western District of New York. Mr. LoTempio concentrates his practice in the areas of general civil litigation, personal injury, corporate law and criminal defense.
