Frank P. Brennan is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars. He graduated from Richard Stockton College and Rutgers University School of Law (1995). He has considerable experience in insurance defense, coverage areas, insurance fraud, and bad faith claims, representing numerous insurance carriers. He has litigated in state and federal courts in various areas including employment law, commercial litigation, and healthcare fraud. He is an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and a member of the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators.
