About Frank

Frank Pinchak has engaged in the practice of labor and employment law for four decades. He has represented management and individual employees in discrimination, retaliation, Fair Labor Standards Act, Equal Pay Act, and Taft-Hartley Act cases. He is a graduate of Colgate University and the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Tennessee Law Review. Mr. Pinchak has extensive experience practicing before judges and juries in state and federal courts, the EEOC, the United States Department of Labor, NLRB and numerous other state and federal agencies which adjudicate matters involving labor and employment law.
