Fred L. Hall was born in Flint, Michigan, August 9, 1927. He obtained his preparatory and legal education from the University of Missouri, Columbia. (B.A. 1955; M.S. 1959; J.D. 1958). He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1958, and was admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, United States Court for the Western District of Missouri and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Hall spent his entire legal career in Springfield, Missouri providing his clients with legal services in the areas of estate planning, tax planning, probate and trust administration, and business and corporate law. Martindale Hubbell rated Fred as AV which is the highest peer review rating. During his legal career, he wrote and published many articles, including but not limited to, Sole Shareholder Incorporation Missouri The Tax Consequences and Gentlemen, Farmer and Real Estate Investors Beware (Missouri Bar Journal). He also served on various professional committees in the areas of estate and tax planning. Mr. Hall is also a former professor of tax and business law at Drury University.
