Frederick S. 'Rick' Spencer is the founder and owner of Spencer Law Firm, established in 1975. He specializes in cases for the injured, disabled, and victims of negligence, but also maintains a general practice and a large estate practice. He has served as President of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR), Governor for North Central Arkansas on the Arkansas Trial Lawyer’s Association Board of Governors, and Founder and President of the Arkansas Injured Worker’s Association. He has received numerous awards including The Roxanne Wilson Advocacy Award, The Arkansas Bar Association’s Legal Award, and multiple President’s Awards from the Arkansas Trial Lawyer’s Association. He is licensed in Arkansas and Missouri and has practiced before the U.S. Court of Appeals 8th Circuit, U.S. District Courts, U.S. Supreme Court, and U.S. Court of Veterans Appeals.
