About Frederick
Fred Schultz graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 1996. He began his legal career as a deputy prosecuting attorney and later co-founded Greene & Schultz with Betsy Greene in 2005. He has tried numerous jury trials in State and Federal Courts in Indiana and has received multiple awards, including the Max Goodwin Award from ITLA and the F. Scott Baldwin Award from the American Association for Justice. He has been named a Super Lawyer every year since 2008 and recognized by Best Lawyers in America since 2013. Fred holds leadership positions in various legal organizations, including serving as President of ITLA and the Indiana chapter of ABOTA.
