He served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey from 1978-1982 and 1971-1974, and was an Associate at Drazin and Warshaw, P.C. from 1974-1978. He earned his J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law in 1970 and B.A. summa cum laude from St Peter’s College in 1967.
