Gabriella A. Russo

About Gabriella

Gabriella focuses her practice in the area of civil litigation, particularly personal injury matters, such as motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, slip-and-falls and premises liability. Additionally, Gabriella has extensive experience representing homebuyers in residential real estate transactions. Gabriella received her B.A. from Montclair State University in 2016, where she received a General Assembly Citation for Academic Excellence and Achievement from the New Jersey Legislature. While in college, Gabriella had an interest in criminal law and interned for the Monmouth County Public Defender’s Office. Prior to law school, Gabriella interned at a large mass tort litigation firm in New York City, where she was involved in the discovery of the hernia mesh implant and defective joint replacement device litigation. Gabriella was awarded a merit scholarship and, in 2021, earned her JD from the University of Massachusetts School of Law. Gabriella was certified as a student attorney which permitted her representation on behalf of clients in civil and criminal proceedings. She was a zealous advocate for indigent clients seeking assistance with custody issues and landlord tenant matters. Following law school, Gabriella clerked for Hon. Richard W. English, J.S.C. in the criminal division at the Monmouth County Superior Court, where she was an integral part in trials involving sexual assault and homicide. Gabriella’s previous litigation experience includes employment at a prominent New Jersey law firm, where she became fully immersed in her litigation practice and passionately devoted to helping victims of personal injury.
