Gary Nedved is one of the most experienced trial lawyers in Nebraska, having participated in over 100 jury trials in state and federal courts, with an extensive trial background in complex personal injury, professional negligence, products liability, and commercial litigation, and a broad range of cases referred by other lawyers throughout the State of Nebraska. Gary’s peers have inducted him into the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers, comprising only the top one percent of trial lawyers in North America; and the American Board of Trial Advocates, with rigorous standards for depth of trial experience.
