Gary W. Smith is the founding member and senior attorney at Attorneys at LawSmith. He has over 30 years of experience in personal injury law, including car accidents, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation. He received his J.D. from Stetson University Law School in 1974 and also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stetson University and ministry degrees from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Dallas Theological Seminary. Mr. Smith is licensed in Georgia and Florida and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Florida Bar, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Christian Legal Society.
