About GERALD

Gerald A. Rosenthal, founder of Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Sosa, has been a dedicated champion of civil rights for workers for over 40 years. He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam and with the Florida National Guard before earning his Juris Doctor in 1973. He is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court (Southern District), and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Rosenthal is known for his innovative work in workers' compensation law, including a landmark victory in a Hepatitis 'C' case. He is a Board Certified Workers’ Compensation Lawyer and has received numerous awards, including the N. Michael Rucka Lifetime Achievement Award.
